By applying for membership or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership

• Membership costs ₹1,000 and is valid for one year from the date of activation.
• The digital membership card is issued to one individual and is non-transferable.
• Membership must be renewed annually, at the prevailing fee, to keep benefits active.
• The Club reserves the right to verify member identity at partner stores using the membership ID or QR code.

2. Discounts and offers

• Discounts (5%–25%) are applicable only at listed partner stores and are set independently by each partner.
• Discounts, offers and promotions may change without prior notice and are subject to each partner store's own terms.
• The Club is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by partner stores; that responsibility rests with the respective business.

3. Business training, webinars & networking

Webinars, workshops and networking events are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and the Club is not liable for decisions made based on this content.

4. Insurance benefit

The accidental insurance cover (up to ₹10 lakh) is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider, shared separately at the time of enrollment. Coverage, exclusions and claim procedures are governed by that policy document, not by this website.

5. Government scheme information

Updates on government schemes are shared for general awareness only. Members should verify eligibility and details directly with the relevant government department before relying on this information.

6. Changes or withdrawal of benefits

The Club reserves the right to change, add, or withdraw any benefit, partner, or feature of the membership at any time, without prior notice.

7. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse any form, content, or feature on it, including submitting false information through our application or contact forms.

8. Limitation of liability

The Club provides this platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, membership, or any partner store's goods or services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction over any disputes.
